PGP uses a keypair: a public key (stored here) encrypts your export,
and a private key (kept only by you) decrypts it. No app is needed β any PGP tool
can open your file.
β οΈ Save your private key now. It will not be shown again.
Without it you cannot decrypt your exports β not even J4H can help.

Email the encrypted .asc file to yourself as a backup.
π Entries are decrypted in your browser, then re-encrypted with your PGP public key.
Only someone holding your private key can open the file β including you on any device,
in any app that supports PGP (GPG, Kleopatra, ProtonMail, etc.).
