Jeff is a committed soul for justice, individual choice and rights. A champion for the causes of the elderly and helpless. Born to Dr. Jerald and Sylvia Jarrett in 1961 in Salt Lake City, Utah. His science and middle class upbringing along with mid-west strong work ethics and religious foundation formed his tenacious nature. This coupled with consistent charity and community service describes the man. |

| Self sufficiency, our Achilles’ Heal. Tossed about in the ocean by the seas of economic booms and bust should move us to sail a new course. Before Cook discovered Hawai’i there was very little boom or bust. There were wars over fertile lands and unification of the separate kingdoms but there was not the up and downs which are currently strangling us. |
